Crossroads Academy's founder and CEO.  Jennifer launched Crossroads Academy in 2013 in response to a gap she identified in the local school system.  Her background in education and prior to that finance, provides a solid foundation for driving the Academy's academic goals while ensuring fiscal responsibility that will allow the Academy to grow and thrive.  Jennifer's commitment to the local community and her passion for helping students reach their goals is a the heart of everything Crossroads Academy does.  

Chairs Crossroads Academy's board of directors.  Al's extensive background in business management and executive coaching has helped him shepherd growing businesses through their development to attain the next level of success.  Al brings his expertise in market analysis, education, financial principles and staff development to Crossroads Academy's board of directors and leads our pursuit of growth to serve more of Arizona's youth.  

Doctor of Philosophy - Mathematics Education​

Dr. Sandy Scaffetta Johnson has led departments and companies in service, education applications, new technology insertions, and research efforts. Dr. Johnson taught mathematics and technology coursework in Oklahoma Common Education and Higher Education for 25 years. She presented at national and international conferences and has published in state and national journals on Mathematics Education and Technologies in Education. Dr. Johnson retired from the University of Oklahoma in 2003 when she joined Anautics as the CEO. Dr. Johnson oversaw the completion of projects concerning services, research, technology insertion, and reverse engineering for the US Air Force and the US Army efforts. 

Professor and Associate Dean, University of Arizona College of Pharmacy

Founder and principal of MediHealthInsight. Chair, Alliance for Safe Biologic Medicines, International Advisory Board.  Professor Schneider holds a faculty appointment as Professor at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy.  
Previous to these positions, for 10 years he was Professor and Associate Dean for Academic and Professional Affairs for the University of Arizona, College of Pharmacy at the Phoenix Biomedical campus.  In this position, he was responsible for the launch and growth of the College of Pharmacy programs at a new Biomedical Campus in Phoenix.  He also held faculty appointments at the University of Arizona Colleges of Medicine and Public Health.
Before that, for 33 years he held positions at the Ohio State University including most recently Professor and Director of the Latiolais Leadership Program at the College of Pharmacy, The Ohio State University.
